These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of antiage.market (the "Site") and any purchase of products from AntiAge ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Professional-use products & buyer representation

Certain products offered on the Site — including injectable skin boosters and similar aesthetic devices — are intended for professional use only and are sold solely to licensed or appropriately trained aesthetic and medical practitioners. By purchasing any product designated for professional use, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified professional (e.g., a physician, nurse, or trained cosmetologist authorized under applicable law) and that you will use, store, and administer the product in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. 3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products, descriptions & pricing

We strive to display products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and packaging may vary. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and discontinue products at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud or ineligibility (including failure to meet professional-use requirements).

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us (through our processor) to charge the order total, including taxes and shipping.

7. Shipping, returns & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "AntiAge" name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Product names and third-party marks (e.g., "RICHESSE") are the property of their respective owners.

9. User submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business. You are responsible for your submissions and must not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to transmit malware; to harvest data; to interfere with the Site's security or operation; to infringe others' rights; or to resell products in violation of applicable law (including professional-use restrictions).

11. Medical disclaimer

Product information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Disclaimer for full details.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AntiAge and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntiAge from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and you and AntiAge waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, except where prohibited by law. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.

16. Changes; severability; entire agreement

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and AntiAge regarding the Site.
