Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
AntiAge ("AntiAge," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect from and about you when you visit antiage.market and related pages (the "Site"), communicate with us, or purchase our products; how we use, disclose, and protect that information; the choices available to you; and the rights you may have under applicable law. Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to information we collect on the Site, in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us, and when you purchase our products. It does not apply to information collected offline or by any third party, including through any application, website, or content that may link to or be accessible from the Site, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.
2. Personal information we collect
"Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. Over the past 12 months we have collected the following categories:
- Identifiers: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, account username, order number, IP address, and similar identifiers.
- Customer records: billing and shipping address and payment information (payment card data is collected and processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
- Commercial information: products viewed, added to cart, or purchased; order history; and preferences.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: browsing and search activity on the Site, interactions with pages and advertising, and device, browser, and connection information.
- Geolocation data: approximate location inferred from your IP address.
- Professional or eligibility information: where you purchase professional-use products, information relevant to confirming your professional status.
- Audio, electronic, or similar information: records and content of your communications with our customer support.
- Inferences: preferences and characteristics drawn from the above to personalize your experience.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to process your payment through our provider, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a right to limit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (see Section 11).
3. Sources of personal information
- Directly from you — when you create an account, place an order, sign up for marketing, complete a form, leave a review, or contact us.
- Automatically — as you navigate the Site, through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies (see Section 7).
- From third parties — such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, analytics and advertising providers, and fraud-prevention services.
4. How we use your information
- Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and take payment.
- Create and manage your account and provide customer service and support.
- Send transactional communications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notices.
- Send marketing communications where you have opted in, and personalize content and offers.
- Operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our products and services.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, and prohibited or illegal activity.
- Comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations and enforce our Terms.
- For any other purpose disclosed to you at collection or with your consent.
5. How we disclose your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose the categories above to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and processors performing functions on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), order fulfilment and shipping carriers, email and SMS delivery, hosting, customer-support tools, and analytics — under contracts limiting their use of the information to providing services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners that help us understand Site usage and deliver relevant advertising. Some of this activity may constitute "sharing" for targeted advertising or a "sale" under certain state laws (see Section 9).
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.
- Legal, compliance, and safety recipients — to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of AntiAge, our customers, or others.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this Policy, including to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your cart and preferences, authenticate you, measure and analyze traffic and performance, and deliver and measure advertising. These include:
- Strictly necessary technologies required for the Site to function (e.g., cart and checkout);
- Functional technologies that remember your choices;
- Analytics technologies (e.g., Google Analytics) that help us understand how the Site is used;
- Advertising technologies (e.g., Meta Pixel) that help deliver and measure relevant ads.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we honor a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of "sale"/"sharing."
8. Your privacy choices

If you opt in, you can stop messages by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Cookies/advertising. Manage preferences through your browser and our cookie controls.
